Deposit Policy
To secure your preferred date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip. Deposits help us reserve your guide, boats, and catering services in advance to ensure everything is ready for your experience on the Flathead River.
If you’re booking multiple boats or a custom event, we recommend reserving early — availability is limited during peak season (June through September).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time our guides set aside for each trip:
30+ days notice: Full refund of your deposit.
Less than 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 24 hours: Full trip cost is charged.
In the event of unsafe weather, river closures, or guide cancellations, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip. Safety always comes first.
Montana Conservation License Requirement
All guests joining a river float are required by Montana law to have a Montana Conservation License ($10 per person). This fee supports fish and wildlife conservation across the state and helps preserve the beautiful waterways we’re proud to share.
