Appetizers on the Flathead River

A golden-hour float with handcrafted charcuterie and Montana’s finest views.

As the sun lowers behind the mountains and the day winds down, the Flathead River comes alive with color, calm, and quiet. Our Appetizers on the Flathead River tour is a relaxed, evening float designed to capture that magic — blending Montana’s natural beauty with locally inspired flavors and unmatched tranquility.

Drift through still water, enjoy the alpenglow reflecting off the peaks, and savor a handcrafted charcuterie board created by our local catering partners. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to unwind after a day of adventure, this float is the perfect way to end your day on the river.

What to Expect

Evenings on the Flathead are some of the most peaceful hours you can spend outdoors. As the fishermen and other floaters leave the water, you’ll have the river nearly to yourself — a perfect setting for wildlife watching, conversation, and incredible photos.

  • Private drift boat guided by a seasoned local expert
  • Custom catered charcuterie board featuring local meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and spreads
  • Bottled water, soft drinks, tonic, and carbonated water
  • Ice, glassware, and corkscrew provided
  • Wildlife and plant ID cards, binoculars, and Pendleton blankets
  • Insightful stories and local knowledge shared by your guide
  • The peaceful setting, gentle current, and golden light create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and connection — whether with friends, family, or your significant other.
